Analysis of Tourism Copywriting for Chinese International Teachers from a Multimodal Perspective

International Chinese language volunteers often need to introduce tourism culture when teaching abroad. Due the inability of learners personally experience China in foreign environments, it can have a significant impact on effectiveness. The multimodal form combining images and text more intuitively help overseas understand China, enrich their learning after class, satisfy curiosity longing for China. This article uses Halliday’s theory organize analyze 43 texts edited by international from four aspects: cultural level, contextual meaning formal level. It also summarizes precautions that teachers should pay attention writing texts.
